11-Month Warranty Inspections

Most new homes come with a one-year warranty. SUPER Inspector will inspect your new home at 11 months from top to bottom and inside-out before the end of warranty to identify conditions that may be covered for repairs under the builder’s warranty. We include thermal camera details and zip level slab elevation measurements.

Free 90 HVAC Maintenance Plan

This 90-day maintenance plan is for the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems inspected by Super Inspector.
